I started out as an account manager, taking on the role and persona of other people's businesses, posting as them, replying to their customers as them and behind the scenes managing and measuring every aspect of their multi-channel social media presence. Management is by far the largest piece of work we can undertake, becoming responsible for your business online, and I make sure that we are fully invested and supported at all times to ensure that we deliver a complete end-to-end service.
Regular face-to-face meetings between myself and your staff keep us all on the same page, up to date with the goings on in and around your business, as well as giving us the opportunity to feed back to you what your audience and customers are saying about you.
