My name is Matt Jackson and I created Socially-M in 2012 to focus on the community building and relationship forming opportunities that social media has to offer. I'm not here to confuse you with technology, industry jargon or complicated explanations and statistics. My interests lie in identifying how you can use social media platforms to tell your story, connect with others, engage with customers and ultimately discover how you can use social media to achieve great results for you, your business, brand or campaign.
I have been actively using social media personally and within business for the last 10 years, being involved in the formative years of social media and the corporate world being introduced to the platforms and the possibilities that social offers. During that time I've helped establish the foundations of social media strategy for FTSE 100 companies, small and medium sized enterprises, charities and non-profit organisations. I've supported agencies to develop campaigns across a wide variety of industries, managed accounts for global brands and shared stages with some of social media's best and brightest educators and thought leaders.
My experience has been earned in the corporate world and across many industries from Utilities, Telecoms, Retail, Hospitality, Design and Events Management to Sport, Music, Film, Television, Education and plenty more in-between.
